實體產品不能只停留在圖面與簡報中。透過原型、外觀、結構、材料與製程的逐步檢視， 在投入更高成本前先發現問題，讓產品更接近可量產的狀態。
依產品類型與驗證目的，規劃 3D 列印、CNC、暫用模等打樣方式，並協助進度監管與樣品修正。
Based on the product type and validation goals, we plan suitable prototyping methods such as 3D printing, CNC machining, and temporary tooling, while supporting schedule tracking and sample refinement.
透過 1:1 外觀模型實體化設計，細究機構線條、握持手感、色彩比例與表面 CMF 處理（材質、色彩與表面加工）。在投入量產模具前，真實還原視覺與觸覺體驗，精準校正產品在實物上的視覺比例與質感細節。
Through appearance models, we review proportions, form, color, materials, surface treatment, and tactile feel to verify whether the design intent can be realized in physical form.
